Sustainable Business
The consultancy Juste a’Fair is being run with the goal of encouraging small and medium-sized businesses or organizations to initiate changes towards a more sustainable business model: environmentally, socially/ethically and economically. Many of the largest companies have for some years now paved the way in developing and implementing sustainability in their working practices and could provide inspiration for smaller enterprises to be much more aware of and take on increased social responsibility. This need not be a difficult process, (so, for example, there is no need to impose large and comprehensive certification systems), but with some simple initial steps it is possible to set out on the journey towards developing a sustainable company or organization.
Method
My method is based on a creative approach and I am passionate about wanting to inspire you to get everyone in your organization to become involved in the process. Through joint (imaginative) and creative exercises the foundation for sustainable development is laid, which we call CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). ( It embodies, amongst other things, corporate responsibility/responsible business management whose goal is to steer your company or organization towards a path of corporate sustainability and thus help it to become competitive, credible and attractive.
My name is Eva Lundgren Stenbom, and I have been working for many years as a business developer. It has given me an invaluable knowledge base from which to draw when I go out working amongst companies and organizations in order to help them with their sustainability efforts.
CSR consultancy
If you are thinking of getting started with CSR in your organization and are wondering how to begin to orientate yourself in CSR issues it can easily seem a bit like a jungle at the outset , as it spans several areas ranging from social issues to environmental, ethical and economic sustainability. I can help you to get an overview and to get going within a clear and structured framework.
Projects
If you need help to develop, launch and manage projects I am a qualified project manager who has extensive experience in developing and operating various development projects, financed both by the EU and others (e.g. local, regional or national funding).
Over the years I have worked on projects (related to and) promoting, for example, the growth of small businesses, rural and tourism development, women in business and entrepreneurship among young people. Other ventures have focused on the creative sector, archipelago development and international exchange experience.

Organizational development
I am also involved in the evolution and development of organizations and SME companies. Taking into account the current point a company has reached there is close collaboration to put together an action plan which will help establish the vision necessary for achieving the goals that the company/organization wishes to reach.
